Daily Duties at New Management Services, Llc:
Training Content Development and LMS Administration. Design and implement meaningful content to address training needs leveraging the A.D.D.I.E. model and feedback from client workshops. Support Metro 2 Consumer Credit Compliance initiatives and design training to include legal standard updates to add value for industry clients. Troubleshoot and manage Cogentys LMS and business SharePoint site to facilitate on time deliverables. Collaborate with training manager to identify gaps in training and implement fixes to coincide with product enhancements.
