Daily Duties at Black Knight:

Skillport LMS Administration for Servicing Technologies Learning Solutions Department. Oversee the system administration of the learning management system (LMS) to include course management and reporting. Perform day to day monitoring, maintenance, and operational support which include managing employee access and troubleshoot system issues. Lead the design, development, testing, implementation, upgrading, and support for assigned projects and enhancements. . Collaborate with business partners at all levels of the organization to develop or source e-learning solutions to support business priorities and create solutions that satisfy the needs of a diverse set of learners (internal employees and external clients-banks/servicers, brokers, vendor, attorneys). Evaluate the effectiveness of content ensuring necessary updates to courses meet their objectives. Assist with training event administration and projects. Responsible for loading, creating and retiring courses in addition to troubleshooting technical issues in the system. Manage user credentials by granting and removing access, audit reporting and modifications as needed. Administer the reporting and analytical tools to support training evaluation/measurement. Strategize, design and implement meaningful content to address training needs leveraging the A.D.D.I.E. model.
