Improved internal hiring processes for the largest college on campus by collaborating with key stakeholders and developing increased employee engagement to draw and retain exceptional talent. Supervised four human resources team members in talent acquisition, HRIS, training, and candidate experience functions. Developed and implemented workforce planning solutions based on departments’ immediate needs, annual goals, and long-term objectives. Partnered and collaborated with Institutional Equity and the Office of Diversity to increase the diversity of talent pools to benefit the university. Created metrics to measure gaps in service, timeliness, and quality in order to make informed and data-driven human resources decisions. Addressed and resolved any employee relations issues promptly and professionally.
