Daily Duties at Engineering Technical Services:
I was directly responsible for business development, managing the site surveys, engineering, integration, programming and test and acceptance of highly complex AV/VTC and IT projects for the federal government, US military and commercial clients. I also managed the finances and ensured we remained within projected cost estimates. Logistics and sub-contractor management was also my responsibility.
