Daily Duties at Urc Chs, Llc:

Play key role in delivering technical assistance and guidance to USAID flagship ASSIST project, focused on building capacity of integrated health systems in countries including Namibia, South Africa, Kenya, Uganda, Iraq, Indonesia, and Pakistan. Implement solutions impacting areas of treatment including HIV / AIDS, tuberculosis, behavioral health, nutrition, orphan and vulnerable child (OVC) care, and primary healthcare. Leverage evidence-based approach to determine country resources and requirements; perform stakeholder analysis; assess program sustainability; build community partnerships; and foster team communication. Deliver presentations to public health professionals and executive leadership. Lead grant and proposal development; coordinate with cross-functional teams. Perform technical analysis of RFAs and RFPs; develop quality management and improvement plans; and lead strategic meetings with internal stakeholders and experts. Serve as key point of contact for senior-level leadership and country teams to develop strategies and frameworks for program design. • Developed advanced tools to monitor tuberculosis programs in field and measure program outcomes. • Created quality management plans to drive measurable improvements in health systems, services, and patient safety. • Led meetings with field staff to develop strategies and M&E plans for programs leveraging feasible, meaningful quality-of-care indicators tied to patient outcomes. • Developed job aids and course modules that assisted Ministry of Health in improving provider expertise in HIV / AIDS treatment and de-stigmatization, infection control, and occupational safety. • Introduced training and job aids to encourage reporting of needlestick injuries and reduction of on-site injuries among medical staff. • Drove proposals to build integrated health system and strengthen service delivery for HIV/TB, primary care, family planning, maternal child health, nutrition, behavioral health, and OVC care.
