Overseen a portfolio of 13 business units in multiple states with nearly $60M in annual revenue, 10 direct reports and was the Operational Sponsor for the largest corporate client to ensure we were exceeding service metrics. Strong emphasis on leadership development, driving profitable revenue, asset oversight & accountability and customer service.
