 Worked in coordination with directors, project managers, and developers regarding key projects to agree on solutions, develop project plans, and allocate resources toward improvement of internal business processes; presented project justifications to gain approval in funding resources for the project  Generated month-end closing support to applications in production by tracking production problems and troubleshooting through validation and analysis methods to solve time critical issues  Collaborated with external auditors to validate quarterly audit data  Created queries, analysis, and reports from applications and databases to solve time-critical month-end closing issues for business clients
