Daily Duties at Geo Logics:

Direct and manage project development from beginning to end. Define project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project. Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders. Develop and deliver progress reports and presentations. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans. Perform software component configuration, analysis, and software monitoring and performance optimization.

Less important to you are stability of the organization, the length of time an organization has been in business, and the business' plans for the future. You prefer a fast-moving company that will take risks to achieve its goals and objectives. The length of time the company has been in business is irrelevant. Maintaining status quo is unnecessary.
