Daily Duties at Geo Logics:
Responsible for supporting Tri-Service Leads and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in transitioning and implementing of MHS GENESIS EHR. Responsible for all aspects implementation of clinical systems involving department or cross-functional teams focused on the successful delivery of system for end users CONUS and OCONUS for 18 sites. Provide on-line meetings and conference calls to orientate client, present blocks of on-line training, and collaborate with clients about concerns. Manage client expectations. Interfaces with all areas affected by the project including end users, service leads, technical engineers, line management and project managers. Responsible for providing clients with implementation plans, which may include project schedules, project plans, risk analysis, communications documents, follow-up memo’s, long and short-term training plans, etc. Monitors project from content release to implementation, interfacing with customer on technical and non-technical matters. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals. Assist in creating processes and procedures that will streamline the training and implementation processes. Coordinate and schedule time and/or travel itineraries for training support team for CONUS & OCONUS.
