Daily Duties at Teletech Inc:
Directed, supervised, trained and lead a team in meeting and exceeding client and agency goals and expectations; conducted performance evaluations and coaching sessions to ensure understanding of and compliance with policies, drafted and implemented corrective actions as necessary. Collaborated with agents in drafting coaching action plans and individual performance improvement goals and objectives. Coached agents in selecting and applying appropriate methods of resolving challenges and issues, providing advice and recommendations on practices and procedures; resolved complaints and conflicts with agents and customers as presented. Implemented training programs in accordance with established protocols and coordinated and conducted onboarding and adult training courses utilizing blended and e-learning capabilities and technologies. Analyzed, managed and evaluated training for effectiveness and presented recommendations for new and improved training curriculums. Monitored established performance metrics of assigned personnel, making and implementing any subsequent recommendations for training to improve employee performance.
