Daily Duties at Synergistic Partners, Inc :

Full responsibility for all financial matters incl but not limited to budget preparation, financial statement preparation, cash forecasting, cost control, etc. In addition I had full responsibility for all HR functions particularly retirement plan administration. The retirement plan adm had a significant level of complexity due to the existence of an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). I had become an expert on ESOP matters.
