Daily Duties at Optek Technology:
Designing analog integrated circuits for optoelectronic, automotive hall effect and high-speed fiber optic receivers into Episil’s 1.5um 25v bipolar process based in Taiwan. Estabilishing corporate New Product Introductions (NPI) plans and procedures. Managed a Cross-functional team in this role. Brought on board new international clients for a new product design effort worth millions of dollars to the company. Traveled several times to Taiwan to meet with clients.
