Daily Duties at Aura Interactiva:
Achievements in Platform Totara – Learning Channel. Planning and launch of training e-learning campaigns for Corporate and Stores. Creation and follow-up by means of schedule and needs of the Training Department of the companies of the group. E-learning campaigns in store training. – Campaign launch in coordination with 64 operations management and 9 CAT addresses. – Daily monitoring of Campaigns with Operations Managers of the e-learning courses. – Pre-Closing and Closing of Training Campaigns with the objective of 100% of accredited as an organizational goal. – Monitoring of Servants in training campaigns to provide a better service to the client. – Creation of user guides and tutorials, a change of image of the platform was proposed to the client and Aura, who were part of the change. Creation of categories, preparation of courses for each Campaigns support to users (registration of users, courses, categories).
