Daily Duties at Noth Little Rock Schools:
Facilitate the analysis of district assessment data to determine the appropriate course of action for improvement • Collaborative with Mathematics district teachers to develop vertical and horizontal curriculum alignment, help students make transitions and advise the administration on changes in math research development • Model lessons using research-based strategies and practices • Collaborate with teachers to infuse research-based strategies in lessons • Facilitate meeting with teachers • Conduct regular analysis of data to identify skill gaps and plan an intervention to increase student achievement • Participate in the school improvement team • Conduct Professional Development in Math • Cooperatively lead in developing and implementing the school's remediation program and alternative instructional plan • Serve as a catalyst for change
