Daily Duties at All Saints Healthcare:
Managed the development of three analysts, two cable technicians, one telephone technician contractor, and one switchboard supervisor, organizing their daily activities and ensuring their timely response to repairs, projects, and ticket requests. Assisted in maintenance and implementation of Business continuity plans. Provide vision and guidance for enterprise voice and collaboration roadmap, assess emerging technologies and provide strategic roadmap.Provide back-up support to Telecommunications team and other IS Managers.
