Developed, managed, and updated telecommunications systems and servers in support of effective internal and external communications. Deployed and managed vendor services and negotiated vendor contracts and agreements. Served on construction project planning team for Wisconsin projects including cost projection for Telecommunications. Handled hiring, training plans, and management of employees across three states Wisconsin, Illinois and Iowa. Performed capital budgeting duties for an overall budget of $8M, preparing cost proposals and evaluating RFPs for vendor management and construction projects.
