Manage a team of 14 on-site and offshore business analysts and implemented uniform business analysis and project management methodologies. Manage change requests and bug fixes, using Lotus Notes and SharePoint, for Foundation products and Next Generation (.Net) projects. Lead data model design and define ETL and metadata repository approach for EDW (Enterprise Data Warehouse), ODS (Operational Data Store) and various DMs (Data Marts). Mentor associate and vendor staffs with design process, build/release management, reviewed their performance, and lead them in CMMI and SCRUM (Agile) process.
