Responsibilities entail training store managers and store personnel to give customers a 3 minute experience at the corporate stores. Enhanced by food sanitation license and knowledge of corporate store initiatives. Responsibilities include: Store personnel work schedules and uniforms, store inventory and supplies management, scheduling deliveries and loading crews,food handling and sanitation procedures, customer service and training, payroll and bank deposits, building interior, exterior, and in store equipment maintenance. Community initiatives and birthday parties. Finally, attending monthly management training sessions.
