Responsible for up to 20 Business Managers (Interior /Exterior Plastics , Soft Trim Accoustic, Carpet, and Underlayment). Prepared department budgets and forecasts. Established and maintained commercial process standards. Worked with customer management on all open commercial issues. Interfaced with Finance, Accounting and Manufacturing on all program financial decisions. Developed and/or reviewed all new program quotes and presentations.
