Daily Duties at Te Ksystems:

First-line manager for a dozen developers onsite and offshore who maintain more than 200 custom print applications in 24x7 operations. Developed and maintain a support service delivery plan and concisely communicate expectations to team members and stakeholders. Act as single point of contact for support requirements in the customers’ environment. • Increased the program monthly gross profit from 9% to 48% netting a 36% annual cost-to-profit margin. Track and control program costs, approve expenses, and coordinate client invoicing. • Reduced the number of incident tickets resolved outside service level from 75% to less than 3% per quarter by implementing process improvements. Team resolves an average of 10 incidents weekly. • Apply logical and timely resource decisions enabling fulfillment for an average of 30 enhancement or new development requests each week. Ensure developers fully understand requirements and impediments are resolved. Monitor progress and ensure requests are completed by the deadlines set by the service requester (45 Project Managers). • Lead daily team scrum and facilitate internal and external status reviews. • Analyze data to identify and prioritize delivery improvement opportunities. • Liaison and customer advocate with delivery. Facilitate support services and manage resolution for critical delivery escalations. • Develop and coordinate implementation of proactive maintenance plans. • Identify business development opportunities, collaborate with sales to pursue extensions, facilitate contract reviews, and secure signoffs.
