Supported 4 sites, completed an overall assessment of the Leadership Teams at each location, highlighted value -add opportunities for leadership development to maximize the impact on the bottom line. Reported to CEO to develop a multi-year strategic plan to align HR actions with company’s objectives. • Developed and implemented centralized HR service model. • Total rewards: Redesigned compensation and benefit programs to drive valued behaviors which reducing overall cost by 3% without interruption of service. • Served as member of 401k Fiduciary Board. • Health & Safety compliance and risk management, WC saving of 25% • Designed and implemented compliant employment policies and procedures, standardized onboarding and training activities designed to integrate the lean manufacturing standards and culture foundation to improve retention and skill ramp-up. • Developed balanced approach to organizational design to support re-consolidation and reduction in force for indirect cost management which building health direct employee pipeline.
