Daily Duties at Oracle:
Provided exceptional support to 160+ customers across 30+ distinct products. Extensive work with large critical / Top Oracle Accounts on all software support issue and requests. This includes all levels: executive, project management, cloud support, technical and functional. Provided executive escalation management on all issues acting as the central resource for all communication between the customer and different Oracle Product divisions. Provided guidance and leadership to Oracle's customer base including implementations, project management, support ticket management, and pre and post-production support. Integral in creating cloud support processes and procedures to ensure that appropriate infrastructure is in place to provide successful incident management for Oracle Cloud for Industry (OCI). Acted as liaison/customer advocate between customers and Oracle Product divisions, ensuring all customer issues and requests are resolved
