Daily Duties at Arc Light Consulting:
• Partner with Company Executive Leadership to develop and update company-wide policies and procedures as company needs change with high growth of the organization. • Partner with leadership team to execute all full-lifecycle recruiting processes for Consulting & Administrative staff. Responsible for college recruitment program working with six universities in New England to establish an on-campus presence. Hires made from campus recruiting efforts are projected to double in 2019. • Responsible for new employee onboarding including development of weeklong orientation schedule, execution, and presentations. Also, responsible for all off-boarding of employees including exit interview and final pay. • Responsible for semi-monthly and quarterly bonus payroll processing. Updated payroll process to ensure correct processing of pay, benefit deductions, 401k & Roth 401k contributions and exception payments. • Partner with management team weekly to discuss performance, staffing, succession planning and recruiting needs. • Immediate supervision of HR Generalist further developing their comprehension of HR policies, compliance and practices while ensuring proper day-to-day administration of various compensation and benefits offerings.
