Daily Duties at Cashcall:

Manage enterprise database systems, data governance, and enhance database security. Supervise team of six onsite and remote administrators, providing on-call support and leading performance optimization. Manage multiple applications and projects simultaneously to ensure on-time response, quality delivery and resolution. Introduced and oversaw adoption of latest technologies, standards and best practices that align technology investment with business. Held complete oversight of database/data services department, managing complex multi-terabyte environment. Consolidated data center, platform migrations (Oracle, SQL, PostgreSQL and Mongo DB), data warehouse/ETL processes and business intelligence (SSRS and Cognos) systems/BI reporting tools, as well as enterprise data/system integrations. Manage day-to-day operations, DBA, and BI Team for production databases and other projects. Establish Individual performance goals, review performance against goals and provide coaching for associate development. Manage 24/7/365 operations in a business –critical environment.
