Managed project to achieve ISO 9001/QS 9001 with no findings. Successfully upgrade to ISO 9001/TS-16949. Certified QS 9001Lead Auditor, Certified as an ISO 9001/TS Lead Auditor. Achieved ISO 14001 certification. JCI representative to Chrysler daily quality reviews. Communicate issues to 5 quality techs, and production management. Developed Control Plans and FMEA’s per AIAG requirements. Approved Supplier PPAPs. Addressed corrective actions (7step/8D) for customer issues. Approved supplier corrective actions. Safety Coordinator. Trainer for Frontline Leadership and safety programs, team building, and meeting facilitator.
