Daily Duties at Bauer Teen Group:

 Functioned as the Associate Photo Editor for J-14, Teen Boss, Girl’s World, Bake It Up, and all other teen and girl brands.  Performed photo trend research for two monthly magazines and over four quarterly magazines.  Partnered directly with the Editorial Director to achieve weekly, monthly, and annual goals.  Coordinated with publicists to get their shows, films, and artists featured in the magazine.  Incorporated archived imagery of past shoots and stock agencies to have the best content in the magazine.

You would likely be dissatisfied with a workplace that is quiet, cold, or otherwise not particularly social.
