Promoted once during my tenure Technical Project Lead for both Ventura Foods & KLX Aerospace and Energies September 2017 – January 2018 Directly manage the International Service Desk with Teams in Phoenix AZ, Chennai India and Kolkata India. • Responsible for Quality, Performance Improvement, Process Enhancement, Customer Feedback and Escalations. • Develop processes and programs to enhance and improve Agent Efficiency throughout all aspects of the respective SOW’s with a focus upon “Left Shifting” responsibilities that should logically be handled by the Service Desk rather than Programmers and Developers. • Implement IAM for KLX Aerospace to enhance overall network security. Technical Team Lead for the AmGen Bio-Pharmaceutical Project. March 2017 – August 2017 Oversee the International Service Desk Team with sites in Phoenix AZ; Buenos Aries Argentina; Budapest Hungary; Chennai India and Shanghai China. • Directly manage the 30 Agent Phoenix AZ Service Desk Team. • Responsible for Quality, Performance Improvement, Process Enhancement, Customer Feedback and Escalations. • Have successfully reduced Customer DSAT scores by 35% in under 90 days, taking the initial DSAT score of 46.5% in May 2017 and achieving a score of 10.6% at the of July 2017.
