Daily Duties at Tech Mahindra America Inc:

Promoted once during my tenure OC-SPOC / SPOC Management Global Coordinator October 2018 – February 2019 The primary focus the Global Coordinator role is daily: • Manage an international team of 20 agents located in Hartford CT, Phoenix AZ, Aguascalientes Mexico and Mexico City Mexico. • Resolve internal and external stakeholder escalations, conduct root cause analysis, provide post mortem feed reports • Managing System Wide Service Outages • Termination request for Services and Aetna Personnel In November 2018 conducted a Time & Motion Study for the Global SPOC Team which resulted in a restructuring of the overall team size reducing from 54 to 20 agents, elimination of procedural redundancies, establishment and implementation of function and individual accountably Technical Team Lead – Aetna IT Service Desk August 2018 – February 2019 The primary focus of the Technical Team Lead role is daily: • Manage a team of 12 IT Service Desk agents • Monitoring, analyzing, assuring enhancement of call handling and utilization of staff resources on a real-time basis • Real-Time SLA/KPI Management which includes achieving contractual service levels, abandonment rate and performance metrics • Oversee the development of day to day operations • Drive the planning, design, implementation, organization and operation of end user services • Actively participate in daily and weekly client integrated IVR project meetings in order to setup projects and report on project follow up progress • Oversaw the implementation of IAM for Cloud Duel Authentication and SSO during Aetna’s Win10 Enterprise wide upgrade
