Daily Duties at Musicians Toolkit:

I was hired as senior producer to oversee and raise the production quality of our content. I interviewed and hired new employees, reviewed current employees, recommended salaries, wrote job descriptions, developed procedures and workflows. Designed and updated dashboards of our production flow for senior management review. After a month I was retitled as VP Production.
