 Serve as a trusted advisor to diversified high-end clients by effectively promoting and managing strong ADP relationships  Manage a portfolio of new clients by providing exceptional client care in Human Capital Management and Professional Employer Organization  Coordinate full lifecycle implementation from kickoff, business analysis, functional specification, system configuration, design and testing based on client requirements & ADP implementation methodology  Provide implementation timelines and create workflow specific to client needs  Partner and co-ordinate timelines & direction with integration and service departments to ensure design is in alignment to client requirements  Assist client with the migration process, data testing, system configuration, data mapping and parallel testing  Create, plan and execute top ranked application training programs for exceptional onboarding experience  Build & manage implementation scope and effort estimates  Remain engaged with client throughout the implementation process including live processing and support transition  Act as client advocate focusing on total client satisfaction; responsibility to ensure positive end to end ADP experience  Share HCM industry updates and information relevant to client’s needs which help and support client business  Establish and support new hire team goals and objectives, support through inhouse training and boosters  Provide couching and effective development to new hires and ensure effective employee relations;  Facilitate new hire on-the job training and monitor progress for optimal performance  Conduct performance evaluations and development plans for new hires on behalf of Manager  Build and maintain stable internal and external relationships with trust and solid rapport  Integral as a key client advocate within agencies and other organizations by partnering with resources to ensure prompt and comprehensive issue resolution  Manage projects and implementations to ensure timeliness of delivery to client expectations and requirements  Successfully handle conflict through effective de-escalation to gain control over issues and reach optimum resolution  Systematically troubleshoot issues between multiple client Payroll Systems and various Pay Systems  30-50% traveling local and out of state
