Responsible for agency analytics, process improvement, and Project Management/Contract Management for federal clients. - Successfully secured over $870K in individual revenue over the past 3 years and lead the sales team in realizing a double-digit growth rate for the agency -Utilize big data sets and analytics methodologies to find insights and drive action - Design effective and comprehensive data driven plans for short- and long-term objectives both internally and as a consultant to clients - Develop and oversee status reports for federal government projects detailing delivery date, task order stage, completion percentage, perceived complications or obstacles, and approval status to ensure projects remain on-track and risks reduced - Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on-time or ahead of schedule as a Project Manager with latest federal contract being delivered 3 months ahead of schedule - Establish new service offerings based on leading market indicators and train team members to ensure best practices are utilized - Plan and execute various strategic initiatives using DMAIC to improve business operations through the implementation of technology and software rollouts focused on process automation - Facilitate meetings with C-level executives to review strategic plans and implement goal setting activities - Advise management and other stakeholders on short-term and long-term objectives, policies, and actions - Analyze the financial details of past, present, and expected operations to identify development opportunities and areas where improvement is needed - Prepare or direct preparation of financial statements, budgets, business activity reports, financial forecasts, annual budgets and reports
