Daily Duties at Vaya Group:
Client Leadership • Design and deliver solutions to senior leaders across Vaya Group’s portfolio of services (e.g., leadership development, executive assessment, organizational assessment, succession planning, change management, etc.) • Manage client partnerships (e.g., scope and plan client engagements, ensure high quality work products, present recommendations to senior management, resolve issues critical to clients’ strategic goals, etc.) • Evaluate and demonstrate ROI/business impact of leadership development and talent management programs. • Manage a successful coaching practice of leaders and executives. Business Development • Nurture existing client relationships and partnerships to create opportunities for additional engagements. • Develop relationships with potential clients that lead to new business opportunities. • Identify business opportunities to drive business growth and collaborate with salesforce on account strategy. Internal Leadership • Provide leadership to consulting staff on the design and implementation of client solutions and strategy execution. • Coach and develop Vaya consultants to ensure development, growth and learning, and prepare others to take on greater responsibilities in the future. • Ensure operational excellence through strategic planning, goal setting, making critical resource allocation decisions, performance management and supervision of consulting staff. • Develop and manage Vaya’s internship program.
