I oversaw the entire operation inside and outside of the store reporting directly to the district manager. Responsible for the store's Financial Performance, Customer Service levels, Merchandising, Planning, Hiring and scheduling decisions, Human Resources, Store Operations, Shipping and Receiving, Cash office, Shrink and loss prevention and all of the stores Key Metrics and Stats that were tracked to name a few key things.
