Daily Duties at Meijer Inc:
Responsible for the entire store as the Store Director in Charge for the 3rd shift overnight period. Responsible for all facets of the business including stock replenishment and recovery of the sales floor, customer service and front end operations, shipping and receiving, Human Resources, hiring, scheduling, team member and team leader development, loss prevention, office and administrative duties to name a few.
