Daily Duties at Atrium Living Centers:
Manage dietary departments of 10 buildings within the Southwest corner of the State of Michigan. Hire, train and discipline Dietary Managers within those 10 buildings. Assess and coordinate care for 500 residents in total. Monitor weights, weight issues, wounds and total dietary care for each resident. Inspect kitchens, charting and report findings to the Dietary Managers, and Administrators for any corrections necessary. Stand by Dietary Managers during Annual State Surveys and develop POC's for any sites/concerns found.
