Quality Assurance - Analytical Testing of Raw Materials, Product Development in all formulation groups: 1. Technical Services - Reducing costs and making ingredients changes to formulations, reviewing formulas with regulatory expert 2. Managed three principle scientists and projects, developed topical and injection marinades, rubs, and topical seasonings in the Protein Seasonings (Meat Lab) Group 3. Batters, Breadings, Pizza Doughs and Bakery Group 4. Soups, Sauces and Gravies Applications Group on the lab bench. Managed projects working collaboratively with culinary chefs and sales colleagues. Presented newly developed products in finished food applications to customers in the company HQ Culinary Center and client facilities
