Headed sales and operational management, marketing, community outreach, and brand awareness; total book of business of $52M spanning 5 retail branches, and 24/7 operations for call center with 15 members. Tasked with team motivation and development and imparting best practices in customer relationships for 30 frontline employees and 4 direct reports. Accountable for all affinity product sales including financial lines, membership, insurance agency sales and travel agency sales.
