Executed operations and contract management strategy with (7) seven southern California hospitals with total annual revenue in excess of $1,000,000. Collaborated with hospital executives to include C-suite executives, mid-level hospital administration, business development and marketing departments to conceive and execute strategic growth strategies targeting revenue generating service lines. Responsibilities included successful program implementation, development and execution of sales strategy to target physicians and employer groups. Led and supervised the day-to-day activities of six sales professionals providing Physician Relations and Employer Relations services on behalf of contracted client hospitals.
