Promoted to Merchandise Control Manager in 2010. Relocated to the Pittston Distribution Center. Created and implemented accuracy rewrite module project, including job aides, audit processes, certification testing and tracking tools. Assessed and developed training of Accuracy and Merchandise Control teams. Performed bi-annual review process for Merchandise Controllers.
