Daily Duties at Tjx Companies:
Promoted to Operations Manager in 2014. Relocated to the Phoenix Distribution Center. Supported Distribution Center with quality control, best practice and inventory control. Partnered directly with DC Operations, Buyers, Planning and Distribution Services Teams. Actively developed company initiative to drive profitable sales by ensuring the right merchandise gets to the right stores at the right time. Initiated new process for employee evaluation which resulted in marked performance improvements.
