Daily Duties at Air Products:
•Executed initiatives delivering Supply Chain optimization, efficiency by utilizing strategic and operational plans. •Led initiatives to educate organizations to embed continuous process standardization and sustain improvements by delivering over $1MM of net productivity projects per year. •Managed an Inventory Visibility & Optimization Improvement Project of $300MM in Assets. Accountable for integrating business policies improvements to 13 manufacturing plants and 10 warehouses globally. Documented, provided end user training to 100 + employees ensuring sustainability via a control plan and measures. •Reduced-cost productivity of $1MM and reduction to working capital of $5.9MM by leading an automation project for major US manufacturing facility providing replicated benefits for key China facility. •Led cross functional team for the successful integration of a multi-million dollar Rovi Cosmetic acquisition. •Trained, coached and mentored 50 + Lean Yellow Belts and led 75+ cross functional teams.
