Daily Duties at Univar:
• Led the design of an Order to Cash (O2C) Program consisting of leading a summit to deep drill the end to end process across 6 verticals including Customer Attainment, Order Management, Order Fulfillment, Distribution, Invoicing, and Cash Applications to gather in depth knowledge and pain points in preparation for an SAP integration. • Served as the Program Manager for the O2C effort to ensure simplification and standardization of top ten processes inclusive of alignment with SOX efforts, coaching of Black Belts executing projects and coordination across four Businesses and Functions. • Led focused effort to improve Supplier On-Time Delivery Performance to drive Customer Excellence.
