Understanding and implementing material control actives, material management functions, material contingencies, logistics & forecasting. Resolved any material issues regarding shortages and overages quickly and efficiently. communicated with project team members, construction work forces, manufacturers, distributors, as well as internal & external clients. Generated Bills of Material materials that met project specifications. Requisitioned bills of material and creating purchase orders. Developed and maintained project material catalogs in company internal database. Developed logistics plan with procurement, project controls and engineers to ensure the delivery of materials to the job site in a timely manner that met the construction schedule. Generated (excel spreadsheet) material reports for project management.
