Leads EMT (Equipment Maintenance Technician) Program at Google's NYC offices. Regions include EAST COAST (NYC, Canada, Washington, South Carolina, Pittsburg, Seattle) and Latin American offices (Sao Paulo, Belo Horizonte, Buenos Aires, Mexico City). Responsible for delivering excellence and consistency in core services provided to Google. Core services include technical inventory management, equipment prep and deployment, and Google Video Chat support.
