• Oracle HCM Cloud System Administrator: Developed Automated user name and password generation process, standardized reports and dashboards, managed updates, upgrades and support for 10 plants and Corporate Headquarters for 6000 EEs • Implemented Oracle HCM Learning Management, Performance, Taleo and Custom Compensation Modules • Kronos Workforce Central Administration and Implementation for 10 manufacturing plants with 3 shifts • Programmed and Tested a custom bonus calculation database application for quarterly bonuses • Implemented and Managed 10+ EDI interfaces to Healthcare, Financial and other 3rd Party Vendors
