• Managed a team of 3 HRIS/Payroll Specialists Implementing and Supporting Payroll and HRIS clients from 25-2000 EEs range • Researched, Analyzed and Recommended EDI platform/tool for HIPAA 834 file creation and delivery for PRISM HR system • Implemented and Supported Clients on Kronos WorkForce Ready on Payroll, Time and Labor, Mobile Application, Timeclocks, Geofencing and PTO modules • Implemented clients on Reviewsnap Performance Management System • Developed GL File Integration tool for Sage Accounting Software using MS Access • Researched, Analyzed and Recommended Performance Management and Applicant Tracking systems for product offerings for TANDEM HR clients
