Created and modified reports using MySQL, PHP, and Linux. Assisted with the company's third-party software, Logiware, with basic troubleshooting and bringing new ideas to the table. Utilized Desk.com and Mantis tracking systems to track status of current system issues and resolutions. Acted as liaison between programmers overseas and users stateside to resolve technical problems.
