Daily Duties at Blue Shied Of California :
Acting, Downsizing and Strategic Planing. Sr. Manager directing field operations for several facilities HR units. Maintaining the HR operation units over a three year period while Facilitating the process of beginning the Closing of the Woodland, Chico & Lodi facilities. Initiating Core Training to all Operational managers to become more directly involved in handling HR issues directly with all employees. Training in Intervention Design, improving work groups, Team Building, Inter-group Team Building
