 Ran and wrote protocols for clinical studies using TEWL, HATR, FTIR, Skicon & Scopeman instruments, hired panelists and preformed clinical studies on skincare products  Prepared oil and water emulsion formulas, sunscreens, gels, lotions  Formulated new products in the Body Wash segment from concept to completion  Organized and analyzed panel tests for the development of new products and categories  As a Board Member of Safety Council, arranged and presented safety and product meetings  SCC Member and DCES- Board Member 1998-2000/ Vice President 2000-2002
