Daily Duties at Cinemark Usa:
Responsible for the maintenance, service and emergency support for a large territory for a major film exhibitor, based in Texas. Supported 13 sites with 173 screens to maintain up-time, provide emergency support by phone or in-person if escalation proved necessary. Performed semi-annual Preventative Maintenance (PM) visits where routine maintenance, troubleshooting problems and providing in-depth training to on-site staff/management that resulted in advancing the capability of said staff, resulting in fewer in-person emergency calls. Responsible for the successful technical (projection + sound) operations and staff training during the construction and opening of at least 10 newly constructed sites. Created and evolved documentation for PM's + job responsibilities. Worked with Construction Manager(s) during new builds to hone blueprint drawings to match current technical requirements.
